About Inua Village Group
Transforming lives through education, economic empowerment, and sustainable development since 2010
Our Story
Inua Village Group was born from a simple yet powerful vision: to create lasting change in Kenyan communities through integrated development. What started as a single primary school in 2010 has grown into a comprehensive network of social enterprises serving thousands of families across Kenya.
Our name, “Inua,” means “to lift up” in Swahili, and this principle guides everything we do. We believe in empowering communities not through charity, but through sustainable opportunities for education, economic growth, and self-sufficiency.
Today, we operate four interconnected subsidiaries that work together to create a holistic ecosystem of development: quality education for children, financial services for families, economic opportunities through textiles, and food security through agriculture.
