2. Services Overview

Inua Village Group operates four subsidiaries:

• Schools Network: Educational services for Pre-K through Form 4 students
• Textiles Shop: Sale of African fabrics, clothing, and custom tailoring services
• SACCO: Financial cooperative offering savings, loans, investments, and insurance
• Agricultural Farm: Organic produce and farm products

3. Schools Network Terms

3.1 Admissions

School admissions are subject to availability and meeting entrance requirements. Submission of an application does not guarantee admission. All information provided must be accurate and complete.

3.2 Fees and Payments

School fees are due at the beginning of each term. Late payment may result in denial of access to school facilities. Refund policies are outlined in the school's fee structure document.

3.3 Code of Conduct

Students and parents must adhere to the school's code of conduct. Violations may result in disciplinary action including suspension or expulsion.

4. Textiles Shop Terms

4.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions and images. However, colors and patterns may vary slightly from what appears on screen.

4.2 Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Payment must be made in full before delivery. We accept M-Pesa, credit/debit cards, and other specified payment methods.

4.3 Returns and Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase for unused items in original condition. Custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.

5. SACCO Terms

5.1 Membership

SACCO membership requires payment of a registration fee and minimum initial deposit. Members must adhere to SACCO bylaws and regulations.

5.2 Savings and Loans

Savings accounts earn interest as specified. Loans are subject to approval based on creditworthiness and available funds. Loan repayment terms are binding and default may result in legal action.

5.3 Confidentiality

All financial information is kept confidential in accordance with banking regulations and our privacy policy.

6. Farm Products Terms

6.1 Product Availability

Farm products are subject to seasonal availability and crop yields. We reserve the right to substitute products of equal or greater value if requested items are unavailable.

6.2 Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Fresh produce should be inspected upon delivery and any issues reported within 24 hours.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Inua Village Group or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

Inua Village Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Kenya. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kenya.

10. Changes to Terms
